WILL NOT BE BACK!! I used to love funworks but since it has a new owner the place is so rundown and not how it used to be. For one they charged us £6.50 for a 9 month old baby which is ridiculous, when asked about tgis as it used to be a £1 they said anyone using the facilities are charged the same price lol my daughter has special needs and was walking up the slide, we were standing at the bottom watching her and it was empty and they did an announcement over the place saying its against the rules to walk up the slide. They could have came over and said to us rather than embarrassing us as everyone looked. Not only this the 2 staff members had just walked up the slide with shoes on 5 mins prior lol. As a SEN parent our children dont have the same level of understanding and she was doing no harm we would nor have let her fall or block any other children. Thw place is a dump now and the staff especially the owner clearly dont have kids and dont know what they're doing we wont be back i would advise to go to a different softplay with nicer facilities and staff!

We had a fantastic time at Funworks. Every thing was very clean and my little girl loved it so much that I had to pay for another hour to play. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the toilets was clean and tidy. We will definitely be back again.

My 2 year old daughter and 6 year old niece love going to funworks. My daughter likes the toddler bit for under 4s the last time we went she gained some new confidence and was able to climb up and go down the slide herself which she really enjoyed. My niece loves the bigger equipment and slides for 4-12 year olds.The only downside is that some parents don't supervise their children and they can be cheeky and rude to other children at times, my niece was in tears one time because two other girls were mean to her and pushed her, but this is no fault of funworks itself!

My son is almost 6 and this is one of the only soft play places that he doesn’t get bored of as he’s literally grown out of most of them. Last week him and another kid accidentally bumped into each other and he bust his wee lip. Despite being extremely busy the staff noticed right away and were very kind, immediately getting him an ice pack, an ice pop and a voucher for a free visit next time. Well done on the friendly service and welcoming playplace you’ve made for local children. ☺️☺️☺️
