Bridport is a working fishing port on the Dorset coast, where the harbour and shingle beach draw walkers and visitors year-round. The town sits on the edge of the Jurassic Coast, a stretch of cliffs and coves that reaches inland through farmland and woodland. 12 Maritime House occupies the third floor of a building with lift access, sleeping three across two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kingsize in the first bedroom has its own en suite; the second bedroom holds a single bed, served by a family bathroom with both bath and shower.
The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining and seating areas. You can cook properly—there is a full-sized cooker, dishwasher and washing machine—or grab something from one of the shops, pubs and restaurants within a short walk. Essentials like bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are provided. Parking for one car is on site. The flat does not suit families with children under 10.
From here, the harbour and beach are moments away on foot. The clifftop walks that run east and west along the coast—including the route up to Golden Cap—are accessible within minutes. Rainy days are catered for with the Bridport Electric Palace cinema a short distance away.
