Walnut Farm - Willow Yurt

Walnut Farm's Willow Yurt comes equipped with everything needed for a self-contained stay. Electricity, bed linen and towels are all provided. The single bedroom holds a super kingsize bed, and there's a shower room with heated towel rail. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob alongside a fridge and freezer, so you can cook proper meals or simply make coffee and breakfast on your private decking. A wood burner keeps the fully insulated yurt warm, and a roof window frames the night sky above your bed.

Outside, a firepit and garden furniture occupy the sitting area on your deck, with views across the lake and countryside beyond. There's parking for one car on site. The setting is genuinely remote—open fields, trees and water make up the immediate landscape—yet a pub lies within a mile's walk. The yurt is detached, so it's entirely yours. One well-behaved pet can stay free. Smoking is not permitted inside.

From here, Bridport is under four miles away for markets and local shops, while Charmouth Beach takes around 30 minutes to reach by car. The grounds do include an unfenced lake, which is worth knowing if you're visiting with young children.
