Yew Tree House comes ready for a self-catering stay with the essentials covered: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. The kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, so you can cook properly or do laundry without thinking about it. A woodburner warms the ground floor from October through April, with initial fuel supplied. Two separate living spaces, each with a smart TV and DVD player, give adults and children space to spread out.
Three bedrooms sleep seven: two singles, a kingsize with its own shower cubicle, and a bunk arrangement. One bathroom has a roll-top bath. The house sits between Bridport and West Bay, close enough to reach the coast at Seatown in a short walk—the Jurassic Coast and its highest point, Golden Cap, are accessible from there. Lyme Regis, with its harbour and fossil beaches, lies west. The property has a large enclosed garden with patio and barbecue. One dog stays free. Parking for two cars is on site. No smoking indoors. Children and pets are welcome; there is a step down to the patio.

Just returned from Yew Teee House. Enjoyed our week and cannot recommend Yew Tree House highly enough. Excellent accomodation, centrally located and with everything you need included. Lots of childrens Toys and playthings. The pleasant Garden has been updated with covered area with stove to toast marshmellows and covered stargazing outdoor bed. Everything was Spotlessly clean. Hamper on arrival was very welcome, with quality items from Felicity farm shop nearby Will definately return.

We had the most brilliant stay at Yew Tree House. It’s beautifully located, very cosy and super clean and has everything you could possibly need! We loved the large array of board games selection which we enjoyed in front of the large fire. Sue was a very welcoming host and so attentive to all our needs and questions! Thank you for a brilliant birthday weekend - we’ll be back!!

We have just spent a week here during half term, with two boys and our puppy. A fantastic house, with a super dog friendly garden which has amazing views. Sue and Graham are fantastic hosts. Their house is so quirky with amazing art and books and plenty of games. We walked down to golden cap every day from there on the evening (dogs not allowed on the beach though from 1st May but plenty of walks and great dog friendly beach at Burton Bradstock) Super house, great base with loads to do.
