The Dairy is a converted farm building on an active dairy, and what you notice first is the unusual vantage point: a window frames the cow shed, so you can watch the animals being brought in and out to milking. The ground floor is open plan—living space, dining area and kitchen all flowing together, with a jacuzzi bath adjoining the main room. Upstairs, a single bedroom holds a super king bed and sofa bed, served by a walk-in shower and separate toilet. The essentials are covered: heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included.

Outside, a private courtyard garden offers space to sit, and a hot tub is yours alone to use. Two parking spaces come with the property. The location sits within reach of Dumfries and Galloway's rugged coastline, sandy beaches, and hill country—the Southern Upland Way passes nearby, and the 7Stanes mountain-bike network is accessible for cycling. Glenwhan Gardens is on the doorstep; Logan Botanical Gardens lies further along. Small ports like Sandhead and Portpatrick, plus the RSPB's Mull of Galloway reserve with its cliff-nesting seabirds, are all within driving distance. One well-behaved pet is welcome; smoking is not.
