Kinnelhook Holiday Cottage

Kinnelhook Holiday Cottage suits families and larger groups who want space to spread out and entertain themselves. The detached property sleeps eight across four bedrooms: a super king, two kings and a twin. Two bathrooms serve the house, with a wet room and separate shower room. Everything is on the ground floor, accessed via a single step.

The heart of the place is a dedicated games room with a snooker table, pool table, table tennis, dartboard and table football, plus its own television. The main living space is open-plan, combining the lounge, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine all included. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided; heating and electricity are charged separately.

Outside, there's a two-acre garden with a sitting area and a BBQ hut (bring your own charcoal). You can fish on-site on request, and there's parking for three cars. The rural setting means a vehicle is useful, though the garden does have sloping banks.
