Laggan - Laggan Behind is a three-bedroom house on a family-run estate in Dumfries and Galloway, sleeping up to seven guests in your own private space. The ground floor opens into a large kitchen and dining area with an island, skylights and substantial windows looking out over the grounds. A woodburner warms the adjacent sitting room, which flows into a separate games room with PlayStation and smart TV. There's also a utility room and toilet on this level.

Upstairs, the master bedroom is en-suite with a dressing area and fitted wardrobes. A second bedroom has a zip-and-link super kingsize (or two singles on request), and the third contains three single beds. A second bathroom with walk-in shower serves the other bedrooms. Throughout, heated towel rails, bed linen and towels are provided, along with wi-fi and heating. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests.

Outside, you have exclusive use of a six-person hot tub, an enclosed front garden with terrace and garden furniture, a gas barbecue, pizza oven and firepit. Private parking accommodates three cars, and there's a bike store. One well-behaved pet stays free. No smoking inside.
