The Fairways - The Greenkeeper

The Greenkeeper suits families and larger groups needing three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have zip-and-link beds that split into singles if needed, while the third offers a kingsize. The apartment sleeps six and is yours alone—no shared spaces or other guests. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; there's parking for two cars on site and a welcome pack on arrival.

The layout spreads across two floors. Downstairs holds the open-plan living and kitchen area with a dishwasher and washing machine, plus a bathroom with shower. Upstairs are the remaining two bedrooms and a second bathroom with bath and shower. One bedroom has a Juliette balcony; another opens onto a proper balcony with seating. The dining area leads to patio doors and outdoor space facing the golf course behind and the harbour ahead.

Portpatrick itself sits above the coast, a working harbour village that draws visitors year-round. The beach is a short walk away; a pub and restaurant sit roughly half a mile off. A cliff-top path runs along the water's edge for those who fancy a walk. The property does not permit smoking.
