Had a perfect experience at this establishment. The host Darren was personable, funny, and insightful about local attractions, and things to do outside during our stay. He had a really good knowledge of the surrounding area and made some fantastic recommendations about how to spend time in town. The room itself was perfectly clean, comfortable, and quiet. Nice shower, and good beds! Breakfast was amazing! Darren cooked us up a Scottish breakfast we will never forget. We will definitely be recommending this B&B to anyone traveling through. Darren truly is a phenomenal host, he’s got quite the gift for it.

Lovely stay at Ashley House! Darren the host was very friendly and cooked us an amazing breakfast and unlimited coffee! Our room was huge and spotless. Beds were very comfortable. Very close to the castle and pubs and shops. We will definitely be back !! Thanks for a great stay ☺️

We very much enjoyed our stay and recommend Ashley House as the perfect place to stay on a visit to Dundee. A great location in Broughty Ferry and a gateway to exploring coastal Angus. We were comfortable, very well fed and entertained at breakfast by the effervescent host. A very welcoming small guest house.

We enjoyed our stay at Ashley House whilst in Dundee visiting our son. Darren and Margaret were very welcoming and made us and our dogs feel at home. Our room was large, very comfortable and clean. The hotel is walking distance from the beach, perfect for the early morning dog walks. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast cooked by Darren. We look forward to staying again later in the year.
