What visitors say
Surprisingly large site, with plenty of choice of where to pitch. Toilet/shower bloke was spectacular (I’m not over egging it) and spotless. Having the food and drink available on site is a plus. Bit of a hike to get onto the beach but well worth it. Wi-Fi good.

Absolutely amazing campsite where you can pick your own pitch . excellent views , The facilities are 10/10 and exceptionally clean , The alcohol at the shop is a little expensive, No Internet signal but they do have free WiFi which i couldn't pick up

Absolutely lovely campsite. There are loads of electric hookup points scattered throughout the dunes and no set pitches so find a free spot you like and pitch up. There are a few hard standing pitches up near the road for campervans but it's mostly grass. Be aware that the pitches near the road at the far end of the campsite can often be very soggy and it's possible to get stuck. There is a cooking and eating building with freezer microwave and hobs especially useful for those with tents. There is also a large playground for kids. The camping wigwams are for the most part quite old and basic so you will need to use the cooking facilities in the cooking shelter, however each wigwam has it's own firepit. There are two new camping wigwams. With the addition of a new facilities block there are now 3 in all so even when being cleaned it's always possible to find a loo. By far the most amazing thing is the openness and amazing views, although being north west Scotland there are also amazing numbers of midges. It's just the most fantastic place and hugely recommended.
