High Bank Farm
County Durham
High Bank Farm is a detached house on its own grounds in the Durham Dales, where open countryside and rolling fields surround the property. The main living space includes a kitchen with a full range of appliances, two sitting rooms each with a woodburner and Smart TV, and a utility room. Upstairs are three bedrooms—one double with an ensuite, one double, and one twin—plus a bathroom with both bath and shower.
The house sleeps six and comes with bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating all included; initial fuel for the woodburners is provided. An enclosed rear garden with patio and sitting area looks out across the fields, and there is private parking for three cars. One dog stays free of charge. The property sits within easy reach of walking and cycling routes through the Dales, with the village of Butterknowle just two miles away on foot, and larger towns like Barnard Castle and Bishop Auckland within ten miles. There is an unfenced pond in the paddock beyond the garden; children and dogs must be supervised in this area.
