Kilmarnock sits in the heart of East Ayrshire, within reach of both the Ayrshire coast and inland countryside. Fulshaw Mill – Chestnut is a single-storey lodge on the property, furnished as a self-contained home where you have everything to yourselves. The open-plan living space combines a sitting area with a sofa bed, dining zone and kitchen; there is also a separate double bedroom and a walk-in shower room.
The kitchen is equipped for full self-catering, with an electric oven and hob. Essentials including bed linen, towels, electricity and Wi-Fi are covered. The real draw is outside: a private decked area with a hot tub for four people, plus a garden with seating and a BBQ. On-site parking accommodates two cars, and one pet can stay at no extra cost. The property is non-smoking.
A pub lies about a mile away. The wider area suits walkers and outdoors enthusiasts – the Ayrshire Coastal Path runs nearby, and there is golf, castles, fishing and cycling within easy reach. Glasgow and Edinburgh work as day trips.

What an epic find.. went this week 4th and 5th of January.. the grounds are amazing and we'll kept. Cabins are clean and tidy.. it's secluded but the towns a 10 min drive if you need shopping or supplies..local take aways deliver.. we were the only people left on the last night so our dog could roam freely and we sat in the hot tub at -5 with some music playing and it was bliss. They have an area at the back with a fire pit.. darts.. connect 4 a massive telly..so I reckon the summers will be extra busy. This was an amazing winter break and WILL BE BACK

We where so lucky to win a night in the beech pod in a raffle . Myself my wife and two kids spent a great night there . The pod itself was so well set out and everything you could ask for or need was there . The private outside area was excellent we had dinner outside and spent a lot of time in the hot tub . The kids absolutely loved the entertainment area which had things to keep a ten year old and three year old busy as well as me and my wife . The whole site is set up so we'll and feels so private and a safe place for kids. We never got to use the fire pit area as it was only for one night after work but we definitely will next time . The service and helpfulness we received was second to none . This place is a great addition to the local area and something for the owners to be really proud of . Even though we only stay in Stewarton we will definitely be back
