Grand Coastal Retreats - Apple Grove 24

Apple Grove 24 is a three-bedroom caravan at Devon Cliffs in Exmouth, positioned close enough to the sea that you can hear it from the garden. Ground-floor layout means everything is on one level: a combined living and dining room with Freesat television, a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge-freezer, and a shower room with walk-in shower. The three bedrooms comprise one double and two twin rooms. A front garden with seating and furniture overlooks the seafront three rows back, and the beach itself is a two-minute walk away.

The site includes an indoor swimming pool (50m by 25m, shared with other properties) and changing facilities. Parking for one car comes with the property. Essentials like bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are covered; electricity is included in the tariff. One pet stays free. The caravan does not permit smoking. Devon Cliffs is a larger holiday park with restaurants, bars and cafés on-site, plus children's activities and entertainment.
