This single-storey caravan at Devon Cliffs sits in the second row of the holiday park, positioned to catch views across towards the sea. It's a straightforward layout: two bedrooms (one double with ensuite toilet, one twin), a shower room, and a combined living and dining space with an electric fire and Freesat TV. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, and heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. A small front garden with seating looks out over the park.

The 50m swimming pool on site is shared with other guests, along with changing facilities and car parking for one vehicle. Exmouth beach is within walking distance; the seafront itself has cafes and shops, and the South West Coast Path runs nearby for longer walks. The park itself has various daytime and evening activities available to guests. No smoking is permitted indoors.
