Lyme View 5 is a two-bedroom caravan on a quiet Devon Cliffs plot, where everything you need sits on a single level. Walk through the door into an open-plan living area that combines lounge, dining and kitchen in one flowing space. A sofa bed and electric fire occupy the sitting area; the kitchen is fully functional with gas hob and electric oven; a dining table seats everyone together.

Two bedrooms serve different needs: one has a double bed, the other two singles. A walk-in shower and toilet complete the accommodation. Outside, decking with garden furniture offers a spot to sit. One car can park on the property. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; heating is gas central. One dog stays free. No smoking inside.

The caravan sits within Devon Cliffs, a holiday park with a shared 50m indoor swimming pool, changing facilities, and various on-site activities. The beach is a short walk down from the property. Dartmouth town and the Jurassic Coast are nearby.
