Little Ivy

Rural East Devon, between the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Devon coast, offers both countryside walks and seaside days. Little Ivy sits in a small cluster of six holiday homes near Aylesbefore, with its own enclosed patio and barbecue, plus access to a shared games room fitted with pool, table football and table tennis.

The cottage sleeps six across three bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom or shower room—a twin on the ground floor with walk-in shower, and two doubles upstairs. The open-plan living area has exposed beams and underfloor heating, a wood-burning stove, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and electric oven. Wifi, bed linen and towels are included. One dog is welcome.

Sidmouth beach is nearby for seaside walks, Ottery St Mary offers shops and cafés, and Exeter is within easy reach for urban exploration. The surrounding AONB provides varied trails and viewpoints for days outdoors. The property does not allow smoking.
