Sea Breeze

Exmouth's beaches, coastal paths and the Exe Estuary sit within easy reach of Sea Breeze, making it straightforward to build days around water, walking or simply watching the view change. The Jurassic Coast is close enough for exploration, and the town itself has cafés and shops for when you need a break from the cottage. The ground floor centres on a spacious, light living and dining area where the household can gather, with a separate kitchen diner for cooking, a snug for quieter evenings, and underfloor heating throughout. Storage comes in the form of a generous boot room – handy for wetsuits, beach kit and outdoor clutter. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms spread across the upper floors: two doubles with en-suites, a bunk room with its own family bathroom, and a substantial top-floor suite with a dressing room, air conditioning, sea views and a bathroom featuring two showers and two freestanding baths. A reading room with shelves of books occupies its own space upstairs.

Outside, a fully fenced garden provides room to dine and relax, with a hot and cold outdoor shower for rinsing off sand and salt. The separate studio above the garage works as a yoga space, retreat or home office, and there is shower and laundry space in the converted garage. Off-road parking sits on site. Electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are included. One dog is welcome. No smoking throughout the property.
