Great holiday park, clean and tidy. Nice and quiet if you want to rest and relax, but you are also able to get a pass to enjoy activities at Golden Sands, over the road, all part of the same group. The club house, on site, is open for four days a week, at the weekend, and there is also a pool (however we didn't use these facilities, so unsure on conditions). Caravan we had was roomy , clean and well kept. Will definitely be returning to stay again 👍🏻

Just returned from a short break at Dawlish Sands, our first time visiting this site and this part of Devon. Kids loved the pool, caravan was spotless and site was in walking distance of the beach. Nice to be able to use facilities at Golden Sands also. A very lovely, very reasonably priced few days away. ⭐️

We were rather disappointed when we arrived at our caravan.I thought I would book a caravan with decking so we could sit out and relax if we were blessed with good weather.Unfortunately the caravan was situated right by the busy main road that runs passed the site so very noisy! I addressed this with reception but was disappointed as asked if we could be moved and they said there were no vacant caravans at their site or their sister site Golden Sands which I find hard to believe so it spoilt our break.

Definitely would not recommend going there. The food tasted like microwave food and the pizzas were rock hard. Service was terrible, only one worker there on the bar and gave the wrong drink and was rude about it. DO NOT GO..
