Two double bedrooms and two twin rooms follow, each with a TV, plus a shower cubicle and separate toilet. Everything needed for self-catering—electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi—is included.

The Lincolnshire coast sits within a mile, so the beach is a short walk away. Butlins itself offers fairground rides, live entertainment and a water park on the doorstep, while Skegness has a traditional pier, shops and seafood restaurants. Natureland Seal Sanctuary and Fantasy Island theme park are nearby, or you can explore quieter spots like Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve if you prefer. A balcony provides outdoor space, and parking is available close by. The property does not permit smoking or vaping, and one pet can stay free.
