Biy tickets online the day before for a discount, UNLESS you have a Blue Light Card, buy them there for 25% off. Great fun for all the family of any age, loads to do, cheap parking locally, plenty of stores/shops nearby. Highly recommended.

Fantasy Island isn't your typical amusement park. It has been built up and around the indoor market at Ingoldmells. I went to it as a child, and it had a couple of fairground rides back then. I visited again recently with my children and it was great fun. Seeing the area with more rides and the 2 big rollercoasters build over parts of the market brought a smile to my inner 14 yrs old. You can visit Fantasy Island without having to pay an entry fee, unlike other amusement parks. You buy wristbands for the rides. So you can look around the market without having to pay to do so. Its also only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach
