Big Kid Circus

Quite fun - my 2.5 year old was really happy with the ice cream that was brought to him :) they had to fire up the machine just for us, but was kind of them for all the effort and great attitudes. All the staff were really kind and welcoming to a solo dad and his son. Food looked well, even though we weren't hungry enough to order any, and the prices were quite sensible. Could of niggles regarding the state of equipment, but I'm sure it's transient, as I'm sure maintenence is challenging in a big place like that. Generally seemed safe and we will definitely go again (especially for the cost of entry being really reasonable).

We came in the holidays so it was fairly busy but not as loud as some playgyms! We didn't have to wait too long for food and it was really nice too. And, the kinder hot chocolate was one of the nicest I've had in a long time!

**EDITED DUE TO THE RESPONSE** I took a photo because I was disgusted at how dirty the toy was?? And yes it was filthy that’s why I left a review. You can see all the dust and hairs in the photo?? It is also not my responsibility as a paying customer to come and tell you your toys are dirty!! I left the toy on the table we were sat at so you couldn’t miss it and give it a clean!! How can you try and deflect and try make this my problem? Instead of spending your time giving lengthy blame shifting, argumentative responses why don’t you go make sure your toys are clean before letting babies play with them. Learn how to take constructive criticism. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 Haven’t been in a few months but usually enjoy bringing my children here as used to come here as a child myself. We visited yesterday and was mortified when I realised the toy my 7 month old was playing with was filthy! Obviously toys get dirty with so many different children playing with them all day but this toy was full of hair, dust and what looked like dried food. Clearly hasn’t been cleaned recently, this has really put me off.

Is a great place, my little girl loves playing and running about and the staff are really nice, big thanks to Ella, Billie, Izzy and holly for being so friendly
