The converted barn itself spreads across two floors with four bedrooms sleeping eight: three kingsize doubles and one twin room, served by three bathrooms with heated towel rails throughout.

The ground floor holds a kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher and full fridge-freezer, plus three distinct living areas—two with Smart TVs and one without, useful for separating the group when appetites for screen time differ. A utility room handles laundry. One bedroom and shower room on this level offer privacy for anyone wanting space from the main gathering. Upstairs, two more doubles (one with its own ensuite bath and shower) and the twin complete the sleeping arrangements. Outside, a covered hot tub area means year-round soaking; the enclosed front garden has seating and a barbecue, and parking fits four cars.
