Welton le Marsh sits within the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, making it a natural base for exploring on foot or by bike. The village has a traditional pub within walking distance, and market towns including Louth, Alford and Spilsby lie within thirty minutes by car. Skegness beach is eight miles east; Horncastle, known for antiques and collectables, is seven miles away.
Boothby Cottage is a detached house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping up to five. The ground floor holds a living and dining room with woodburner and smart TV, plus a kitchen fitted with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and air fryer. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom with bath; the other two bedrooms contain a double with pull-out double bed and a single. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request. An enclosed garden with seating area and barbecue (April to October) adjoins the property, and there's parking for three cars on site. One small dog stays free. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are included; initial logs for the woodburner are provided. No smoking inside.
Note that the garden is reached by twelve steps from the parking area, and a stream runs through the shared grounds twenty yards away.
