Boothby House

Boothby House is a substantial property built with the kind of architectural detail that marks older construction. Ground-floor living and dining flows into a kitchen fitted with proper cooking equipment—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, air fryer—plus a multi-fuel burner for cooler evenings. One bedroom sits on the ground floor with a walk-in shower and toilet; three more bedrooms occupy the first floor, two with their own ensuite facilities. There's also a family bathroom with a bath and shower.

The house sleeps eight across four bedrooms (two are zip-and-link singles convertible to doubles, two are kingsize). Parking is private and covers three cars; there's an electric charging point for those with an EV. The grounds include a patio, garden furniture and a barbecue. Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and fuel for the burner are included. Access involves 13 steps from the drive to the entrance. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available if needed.

The property is in Welton Le Marsh, in East Lindsey. Non-smoking throughout. Families and groups of friends are welcome; stag and hen parties are not.
