Brandon

Brandon is a five-bedroom house sleeping ten, renovated throughout and positioned just 100 yards from the East Lindsey coastline. Everything needed for a self-catering stay is covered: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. The kitchen is properly outfitted for cooking, with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and all the usual appliances. There is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, useful for longer stays or families with young children.

The ground floor has two separate living spaces—one with a woodburner, the other with a smart TV—plus a fifth bedroom and two bathrooms with shower cubicles and heated towel rails. Upstairs, the master bedroom is a kingsize with ensuite shower room; three further bedrooms accommodate the remaining guests, two of them with single beds. A desk space is available for anyone working remotely. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio, furniture and a barbecue, plus parking for three cars with further space on the road.

Sandilands has award-winning sandy beaches and stretches of coastal walks. A shop and café are 50 yards away; Sutton-on-Sea is roughly a mile along the promenade, and Mablethorpe about two miles further on. One well-behaved dog is welcome. The house does not permit smoking.
