Summer House

Summer House is a traditional brick cottage set back from the seafront at Sandilands, the kind of unpretentious coastal village where beach huts still line the shore and families have been coming back for generations. The property sleeps eight across three bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed, one with a double and two singles, and a third with two singles. There is one bathroom with a corner bath and walk-in shower.

The ground floor holds a living and dining room with Freeview television, a conservatory, and a kitchen equipped for self-catering with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Upstairs is the third bedroom. The enclosed, lawned garden has a sitting area and furniture. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; there is a welcome pack on arrival. One pet stays free. Parking is available on the road, two yards away.

The seafront with its shop, pub and café is 150 yards off. Sutton-on-Sea and Mablethorpe are walkable along the sea wall, while Skegness and its amusement parks lie within reasonable reach. The cottage does not permit smoking. Please note there are steep or narrow stairs inside.
