About Poplar Farm Leisure Park

Surrounded by east Lincolnshire countryside yet just a 20-minute stroll from golden sands, Poplar Farm Leisure Park strikes a fine balance between rural calm and coastal access. The grass touring pitches are spacious and level, arranged around a central lake with a fountain that makes a peaceful focal point. On-site facilities include spotless showers and toilets, plus The Barn tea rooms serving proper coffee, breakfast, and small bites (they even offer treats for canine guests). Staff are genuinely welcoming and quick to help.

The edge-of-Sutton-on-Sea location puts a convenience store and chip shop half an hour's walk away, or catch a bus from the nearby stop to Mablethorpe and beyond. The National Trust's Sandilands nature reserve is 25 minutes on foot, making car-free days perfectly feasible. Prices lean a little higher than some, but most visitors appreciate the relaxed atmosphere and cleanliness. Time your return from the beach for sunset—the skies here can be spectacular.

What a lovely place we picked out we got there when bingo was on as we were late but immediately felt welcome. Shown to our pitch and stayed for a drink in the cafe .The showers and toilets nice and clean and had breakfast in cafe next day beautiful. Walked to sandilands and sutton on sea they had band on in the afternoon but unfortunately couldn't stay would definitely stay here again nothing too much trouble with the staff so friendly lovely lady from the same village as us near derby!

Lovely out-of-the-way retreat. Peaceful and quiet. Less than a mile walk to Sandilands Nature Reserve. The lovely lady Julie in the reception and the maintenance man was very informative on the site and all it has to offer. Given a tour of the site and told what the plans were. So glad we got our seasonal pitch. A clean level site. Maybe a slight adjustment to your caravan is required but it is not a bowling green or a tennis lawn. Grass is kept to a short length by Chris the maintenance man. Who tries his best to get the job done quickly but professionally. A fountain has been added to the pond. There are two benches either side of the pond for you to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. It is wonderful sitting by the side of looking at the fountain. Listening to the fountain is lovely and it switches off at night so you can sleep undisturbed. The Barn is now open and we went this morning for breakfast. We had small breakfast which filled us up. Two coffees which were very tasty. A decent price for a decent Breakfast. They were very busy but worth a visit. I was going to take photos but maybe another day. The staff are very kind and courteous making sure everything is alright for you.
