You arrive at a converted barn on the ground floor, where the living space opens out in one continuous area—kitchen, dining and lounge all flowing together with a 49-inch TV and Netflix. A king bedroom with ensuite shower leads off, while two more bedrooms (another king and a single) share access to a shower room. The second full bathroom gives you flexibility with five of you staying. Essentials like heating, electricity, linen and towels are included, along with Wi-Fi throughout.

Outside, a private hot tub sits in the garden, available year-round, with patio seating and a BBQ (seasonal). Two cars fit on the drive. The village location puts you within reach of the Lincolnshire coast at 21 miles, with market towns like Louth and Horncastle closer by if you want antiques and independent shops. Walking and cycling routes leave from your door, and pubs or cafés are roughly two miles away.

The cottage works well for families or groups looking for space without the fuss of managing multiple properties. Hen and stag parties are not accommodated. Check-in is after 5pm, departure before 10am.
