Cherry Blossom

Ingoldmells sits on the Lincolnshire coast between Skegness and the quieter beaches north towards Chapel St Leonards. Cherry Blossom is a single-storey bungalow in a peaceful part of town, within reach of everything from funfairs and animal farms to empty stretches of sand. The whole place is yours – three bedrooms sleeping six, one shower room, a separate toilet, and a kitchen and living area that flow together on the ground floor.

Bedrooms are arranged flexibly: one has a zip-and-link bed (convertible to two singles if needed), another a six-foot super kingsize, and the third two standard singles. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge; the living area has a Freeview Smart TV for quieter evenings. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all covered. There's private parking for three cars and a front garden, though there are two steps down to it. No smoking inside.

Fantasy Island amusement park is a short distance away, while Hardy's Animal Farm and Jump Warriors trampoline park cater to younger visitors. Motorsport fans might head to Skegness Raceway. Butlins holiday resort is reachable by bus, and Skegness itself – with its pier, funfair and seal sanctuary – is a short drive south. Head north instead and you'll find quieter beaches at Chapel St Leonards and Anderby Creek.
