Clay Lake Cottages - Dad’s Shed

Dad's Shed comes fully equipped for a two-night getaway or longer. The single bedroom has a kingsize bed, the bathroom includes a heated towel rail, and the kitchen has everything needed to cook properly—electric oven, hob, microwave and the usual fridges and freezer. An electric woodburner heats the open-plan living space, which flows into a conservatory with French doors onto the garden. Wifi and all utilities are included, and you'll find bed linen and towels ready when you arrive.

The real draw is the private hot tub in the enclosed garden, which you can see from the conservatory. The property sits on the grounds of Clay Lake Cottages, where guests have exclusive use of two coarse fishing lakes during their stay. One dog stays free. Louth is three miles inland—a Georgian market town with three weekly markets, independent shops, and restaurants ranging from pubs to delis. The coast lies ten miles away, with quiet sandy beaches at Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea within twenty minutes' drive; the seal colony at Donna Nook is nine and a half miles. Note that an unfenced lake lies twenty yards from the property.
