Dovedale Cottage works well for families wanting space to spread out, groups celebrating together, or couples after a quieter break. The four bedrooms—one with a king bed and ensuite, two with doubles, two with singles—give flexibility depending on who's visiting. Three bathrooms and a shower room mean mornings run smoothly without queuing. The main bedroom has its own bath and shower; downstairs there's another shower room for convenience.

The ground floor opens out around a large kitchen and dining space, ideal for cooking together and gathering. A wood-burning stove warms the living room, which has a smart TV. The real draw is outdoors: a private hot tub for six sits in the enclosed garden, and an adjacent garage houses a games room and gym equipment. You'll have a private bike store and parking for three cars. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included; a travel cot and highchair are available if needed.

The cottage sits on the banks of the River Bain, with country walking routes from the doorstep and several pubs in nearby villages. Coningsby and the wider Lincolnshire area are close by for days out. The garden has two steps.
