Rainbow Bungalow 1 at Kings Caravan Park works well for couples or families of up to four. The single-storey layout means no stairs: a living room with smart TV and electric woodburner, a kitchen with oven, hob and microwave opening onto an enclosed garden, and two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two bunks. There's a shower room with heated towel rail, plus a travel cot if needed. One pet stays free of charge.
The bungalow comes with electricity, bed linen, Wi-Fi and heating included. You have private parking for one car and direct access to a patio garden with furniture. The beach is a mile away, and the village of Chapel St. Leonards—with shops and a pub—is half a mile off. Fantasy Island theme park lies 2 miles south, Butlin's 3 miles, and the seafront at Skegness 5 miles along the coast. No smoking is permitted indoors.

Stayed in the rainbow bungalow with my daughter and grandparents, lovely place to stay, sofa was very low to sit on which made it difficult to get up from but overall the bungalow was lovely. We had Sunday dinner at the club which was delicious. Very good price even during the school holidays. Plenty of shops nearby and bus stop just round the corner from site. Will definitely consider booking her again at some point in the future as it was well worth it.

Been on here a few years now, absolutely fantastic park, especially if you like peace and quiet, club on site which does the best homemade chips 🍟
