La Falda

La Falda is a single-storey detached house just across the road from Sutton on Sea's seafront. The whole property is yours alone, with space for six people across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A sun room gives you extra living space, and the kitchen has everything needed to cook properly—oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave. One small dog stays free and gets a welcome pack; there's an enclosed garden with seating and a bike store on site.

Two parking spaces sit on the property. The beach is roughly 100 yards away; shops, a pub and restaurant are a quarter-mile down the road. Gas heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all covered. The ground floor layout suits families with young children—travel cots, high chairs and stairgates are provided. Mablethorpe is nearby for more seaside attractions, while Skegness lies 14 miles along the coast if you want to venture further. No smoking inside.
