We have been caravan owner on this site for a year now can not commend the site and all its staff enough . It is clean well kept a pleasure to stay here . It is a credit to the owner . This is our happy place we love it here 🤩 Dog friendly even though they have to be on a lead on the site , that is not a problem .

A well kept, nice, quiet, owner only park, 5 minute walk from the beach. Piped gas and mains electric, ample plots and all have a parking space next to the caravan. Security barriers and mostly well lit roads make it a safe place to holiday. Open beginning of March until the beginning of January, so you can even spend christmas and new year there if you wish. Sutton on Sea village is only a 10 minute walk and has lots of lovely shops and a choice of cafes, chip shops, a Chinese takeaway and a couple of Pubs one of which does pub grub and host events in the beer garden. There is large paddling pool area for children near the sea front and a community centre where various craft fairs etc are held. Beaches are well kept and clean and a popular spot for beach fishing.
