Lavender Cottage

Lavender Cottage is a traditional stone cottage in Louth, a market town at the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds. The building sits within walking distance of the town centre, with its independent shops, cafés and St James' Church, while the rolling countryside of the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty begins virtually on the doorstep. The coast at Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea is roughly 25 minutes' drive away.

The cottage has two bedrooms, each with a kingsize bed, and a bathroom with a bath and shower. Downstairs, the living room contains a wood-burning stove, and there is a separate dining room and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave. The essentials are covered: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, and the initial fuel for the stove comes with the booking. An enclosed garden with seating area sits to the rear, accessed via two steps.

One small pet stays free. The property is yours alone, with on-road parking nearby. No smoking is permitted inside. Arrival is after 4pm and checkout before 10am.
