Medlam Holiday Barns - Bumble Bee Barn

Bumble Bee Barn is a converted agricultural building dating from 2020, standing in the Lincolnshire Wolds with views across a fishing pond. The layout spreads across two floors: downstairs, an open-plan living and dining area with kitchen flows onto the garden; upstairs, four bedrooms and two bathrooms provide sleeping space for eight people. Three of the bedrooms have kingsize beds, one a super kingsize, and there are three bathrooms across the property. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all covered in the rental, and one dog stays free.

The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and all the essentials. Outside, a private hot tub sits on the patio, with lawned gardens and parking for two cars. Fishing is available on-site. The location works well for coastal trips—the beach is 23 miles away, and the east coast's Blue Flag beaches and nature reserves at Gibraltar Point are within 30 minutes. Horncastle, known for antique shops, lies nearby, as do two aviation heritage sites with restored warbirds. The Lincolnshire Wolds offer direct access to walking routes, and local pubs dot the countryside for lunch stops. No smoking indoors. Note that water features—a pond and river—are present in the grounds.
