Medlam Holiday Barns - Butterfly Barn

Butterfly Barn is a converted barn sleeping six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Downstairs, an open-plan living space flows from kitchen through dining to a sitting area with a 50-inch smart TV; the kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher, so you can cook properly or keep things simple. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is tucked away. Upstairs, two further bedrooms offer a super kingsize and a kingsize bed respectively, alongside a bathroom with a P-shaped bath and shower. The ground-floor bedroom comes with its own shower room. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included.

Outside, a private hot tub sits on the patio next to a pizza oven and lawned garden. The barns stand in grounds shared with other properties; there's fishing on-site and a pond and river to be aware of if you're bringing children. Parking fits two cars. One well-behaved pet stays free. The location sits deep in Lincolnshire countryside with walks from the door, though the coast—beaches, nature reserves and traditional resorts—lies just over 20 miles away. RAF Coningsby's aviation heritage site and the Lincolnshire Wolds are both within 15 to 30 minutes' drive. The surrounding villages have pubs and cafes for a break in your day. No smoking inside.
