Rose Cottage

Rose Cottage is a detached bungalow on a quiet country lane in East Lindsey, built entirely on ground level with direct access throughout. Two bedrooms accommodate six people: one with a king bed, one with two singles. The bathroom has both bath and cubicle shower. Oil central heating keeps things warm, and essentials including electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered.

The main living space combines a sitting room with a 42-inch smart TV and DVD player, and a second reception room with a multi-fuel burner. The kitchen/dining area is fitted with an electric oven and hob, oil Aga, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside, an enclosed garden with patio and seating overlooks a private hot tub that fits six. There is parking for three cars on site and a bike store. One well-behaved pet stays free of charge.

Burgh le Marsh, with restaurants and pubs, is 2 miles away. The Lincolnshire Wolds are nearby for walking and cycling; Skegness beach is 9 miles; Bratoft fishing is 2 miles off. A lake sits 30 yards from the property. No smoking indoors.
