Rural East Lindsey surrounds this converted barn near Skegness, where open countryside gives way to the Norfolk coast within reach. Ings Barn sleeps 10 across five bedrooms and three bathrooms, with the whole place to yourselves. The ground floor holds all the living space: a large open-plan area with woodburner and smart TV, a dining table for 10, and a kitchen fitted for cooking proper meals—oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and two fridges included. Bedrooms vary from doubles to bunks; one has patio doors into the garden and an ensuite shower.
Outside, there's a hot tub for six, a private swimming pool (available Easter to the end of October), a children's play area, and a rear garden with seating and a barbecue. Parking for eight cars is on site. One dog can stay free. The essentials—heating via air source pump and underfloor heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and wood for the burner—are all included in the price. Check-in is after 4pm and checkout before 10am. Smoking is not permitted in the property.

We have just returned from a family weekend away at Ings Barn, celebrating my dad’s retirement, and we had the most wonderful time. The barn is absolutely beautiful, and the pool was perfect—spotlessly clean and well maintained. We were lucky to have a lovely sunny weekend, so we made full use of it. My 5-year-old twins loved waking up each morning and heading straight for the pool. The hot tub was fantastic too, and we spent lots of time relaxing and playing in the garden, where we were lucky enough to spot plenty of wildlife, including deer, rabbits, and owls. My son and brother thoroughly enjoyed fishing in the pond throughout the weekend, which was an added bonus. Inside, the barn is modern, clean, and beautifully presented, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We made some wonderful family memories celebrating such a special occasion and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!
