Sea Breezes

Sea Breezes is a single-storey property where the back garden opens straight onto sand dunes and the beach. The house itself is arranged on one level: a combined living, dining and kitchen space with doors onto the garden, two king bedrooms, one twin room, and a bathroom with separate toilet. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge; heating is underfloor throughout. Essentials like bed linen, towels, electricity and Wi-Fi are provided.

What makes this place unusual is the hot tub on the patio—large enough for six—and the genuine beach access through the back garden rather than a walk to a public beach. The enclosed front and rear gardens have patio furniture and space to sit. Parking for three cars comes with the property. One dog can stay free. Skegness Pier and the town's amusements are a short drive away if you want them, but many guests won't need to leave; the village has a café, shop and pub.
