My wife Tracey stayed at this hotel last week and I would like to personally thank Wayne for his diligence and care for her after she had an accident and broke her finger's. He took her to hospital and picked her up afterwards, he even cut up her food after she was all strapped up. Thanks guy's for stepping over and above to show genuine care and concern. This is the place to stay in Skegness with great food, clean rooms and you are immediately made to feel like family. Thanks to Wayne and Lynne for everything xx

Host was fantastic went above and beyond for me and my blind partner. Even made sure we were on ground floor and helped rearrange the room to accommodate. Breakfast was alright. I only have one complaint and that the room was a little chilly. But other than a that a pleasant stay.

I stayed with my son (9) and our stay was lovely. He loved staying it the top floor, he felt he was hiding away at the top of the house which he found exciting. The room was lovely and clean as was our bathroom. Lovely extras found in the bathroom, plenty of body wash and conditioners. And our breakfast was just as lovely as everything else. Quickly served and hot. A a nice short walk from all the sea front amenities was wanted to visit. Perfect location. And off road parking is just a cherry on the cake. Definitely will come back and would definitely recommend to others.
