Skegness beach and its pier are a short drive away, making this modern caravan a useful base for seaside days. The town itself has fairgrounds, arcades and seafront attractions; Ingoldmells, just beyond, adds more leisure facilities if you want them. The caravan sits on a family-oriented park with open farmland around it, a children's play area, and a laundry room on site.

Inside, everything is on one floor. The open-plan living and dining space has a sofa bed and a smart TV; the kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking with an electric cooker, hob and oven, fridge and microwave. Three bedrooms sleep six: a double bed, two single beds, and two smaller singles. There is one shower room. A spacious veranda opens from the living area, where a private hot tub for four is positioned. One car can park on site; one small dog is welcome. Electricity, bed linen and wifi are included. The property is non-smoking.
