About Skegness Fields

Skegness Fields makes a practical base just outside Skegness, with clean, modern shower and toilet blocks that guests consistently praise for their hot water and upkeep. The site offers a decent mix of pitches—44 non-electric grass spots for tents and 85 fully serviced hardstanding pitches—and the staff earn regular mentions for being friendly and helpful. Dogs are welcome, and families will find it straightforward and well-maintained.

Some pitches can catch a bit of noise, so it's worth bearing that in mind if you're a light sleeper. But if you're touring Lincolnshire's coast and want somewhere quiet overall, well-kept, and hassle-free, this is a solid, no-nonsense option that does the basics well.

Snapon Time

Very nice campsite, well kept and extremely tidy. Good facilities and pitches. Paid £48 for two nights with witch electrical hookup and including extra for the dog. Don’t know what it would be like in full summer holidays we went in May.

We booked a towing pitch. All be it we were out of season, but the toilet block has no heating on waste bins overflowing and road noise. We were also not aware that if you used your electric entitlement you had to purchase additional electric at 1 pound a kwh. Site was quiet and clean as we're facilities, the sites not for us on future

Very disappointed with the cleanliness of our Platinum Lodge at Skegness Fields. On arrival, we found pens, pencils, chewing gum and dust left behind, making it obvious the lodge hadn’t been cleaned properly. There were also toothpaste marks all over the mirrors, which was unpleasant to see. For a Platinum Lodge, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness. The experience fell well below our expectations, and we won’t be returning. In all honesty, it’s lucky we didn’t push for a refund given the condition of the lodge when we arrived.

Fantastic place, local amenities, friendly staff, all pitches are fully serviced. Extremely clean and tidy place with alot of space for the kids to be kids and also very safe. This is the second time we've been and we'll be returning 👌
