Sunnymede A5 works well for larger groups or extended families who want everything on one level. The layout gives you four bedrooms (one double, three with twin beds), a shower room and separate toilet, plus a living space with sofa bed that overlooks decking through French doors. A single bathroom means early mornings require organisation, but the shower cubicle and heated towel rail are practical additions.

The kitchen has what you need to cook properly—electric cooker, microwave and air fryer—rather than holiday basics alone. Wi-Fi and heating are included. Outside, a private hot tub fits four people, and you get parking for one car on the property. One dog can stay with you. The cottage is no-smoking throughout.

This is a seaside setting in East Lindsey, so the coast is the real draw here; swimming, walks along the shoreline and beach towns are the main reason to come. The ground-floor access and space make it particularly suitable for anyone who finds stairs difficult.
