Swift Retreat

Chapel St Leonards sits on the East Lincolnshire coast between Skegness and Mablethorpe, with a long sandy beach running alongside the village centre. Swift Retreat occupies a ground-floor pitch on Golden Palm Resort, within easy reach of both the seafront and the on-site facilities that include adventure play areas, mini-golf and amusement arcades.

The property sleeps 8 across three bedrooms: a double, two singles, and a bunk room for younger guests. There are two bathrooms—one ensuite to the main bedroom, one separate shower room. Ground-floor living means the open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen flow together, with large patio doors opening onto decking that wraps around the property. A sofa bed and armchair sit beside an electric fire; the kitchen has a cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer for self-catering. Wifi, electricity, towels and heating are all included.

One small dog stays free of charge. You have private parking for two cars. The resort's heated indoor swimming pool (12m by 6m) is shared with other holiday homes and has changing facilities. A supermarket and takeaways operate on-site. No smoking in the property itself.
