Tattershall Retreats - Bittern Lodge

Bittern Lodge is a single-storey log cabin within Tattershall Lakes Country Park. Step inside and you enter an open-plan living space: kitchen to one side with electric cooker, gas hob, microwave and full-sized fridge-freezer; dining area in the middle; sitting area with a smart TV to the other. Three bedrooms lead off—two with double beds, one with two singles—and there's a shower room with heated towel rail. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included. One pet stays free.

Outside, a private hot tub sits on a fenced terrace with garden furniture, and you have parking for two cars. The wider park stretches across 365 acres of woodland, grassland and lakes. Tattershall Lakes offers water sports, fishing, an indoor pool, gym and golf on-site, though these attract separate fees and are seasonal; contact the park directly for current opening dates. Tattershall village, with its shop and pub, is a 15-minute walk away. The location suits families and groups looking to base themselves somewhere with activities on hand, though children need supervising near the water and you may occasionally hear noise from the nearby RAF base. No smoking throughout the property.
