Bolingbroke Castle stands a mile away, Snipe Dales Nature Reserve three miles off, and the Aviation Museum at East Kirkby five miles distant—all reachable from The Bran House without much driving. The property sits within a converted courtyard at Meridian Retreats, near the hamlet of Hareby in the Lincolnshire Wolds, surrounded by the quiet country lanes that make this corner of the region work for walkers, cyclists and riders. Horncastle's antique dealers lie seven miles on, the market town of Louth fifteen, and both Lincoln and Skegness fall within reasonable reach for a day out.
The accommodation sleeps six across three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite wet room—one with a bath on the first floor, two with showers on the ground and first floors. The ground floor holds a double bedroom, a living and dining space, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking. Electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels come as standard. Underfloor heating runs throughout, and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer serves the property, though it is shared with others on site. Ground-floor access means the main living areas are level with the entrance. There is private parking on site and a shared courtyard with seating outside. No smoking is permitted.

Wonderful self catering accommodation in a central area of Lincolshire not far from the coast or the Lincolnshire Wolds. Lotsbof interesting places to visit from little market towns to ruined castles

If you want piece & quiet, then this is the place for you. The 3 cottages are renovated stables. All bedrooms are en suite with underfloor heating throughout, Good Internet signal, slow at times, but no break up. Guest washing machine & tumble dryer provided, used by all 3 cottages. Dvds, books & games also provided in laundry room.

This was our 4th time at one of your cottages and it was just what was needed. Accommodation is very clean the staff are very nice as well. Everything we needed for our week away sewing. I’m sure we will be back if you let us….

Far from hating this place,I have given it 5 stars. It is a brilliant holiday accommodation ,very clean and comfortable. Could do with a bit more space between the beds in the twin rooms. That said I would go back there without hesitation. The kitchen was really well fitted out and a good laundry room was just across the yard. Bathrooms were excellent especially the power showers. All in all excellent holiday accommodation.
