The Tack Room is a ground-floor cottage at The Courtyard in Spilsby, converted from farm buildings and arranged around a shared courtyard. It has two bedrooms—one with a double bed and ensuite shower, the other with two singles and an ensuite bath—plus a living room and kitchen, all on one level. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included; the kitchen has a full cooker, dishwasher and fridge, making it straightforward to self-cater. An enclosed patio with garden furniture and private car parking on site come with the property.
This part of the Lincolnshire Wolds suits walkers and cyclists equally well. Quiet country lanes run through the area, and horse riders will find routes to explore. Bolingbroke Castle is a mile away. Snipe Dales Nature Reserve lies three miles off, East Kirkby Aviation Museum five, and the market town of Louth fifteen. Access to the WWII Bomber Trails and Tennyson connections are nearby; Lincoln and Skegness are within reach for a longer outing. Smoking is not permitted in the cottage.

Wonderful self catering accommodation in a central area of Lincolshire not far from the coast or the Lincolnshire Wolds. Lotsbof interesting places to visit from little market towns to ruined castles

If you want piece & quiet, then this is the place for you. The 3 cottages are renovated stables. All bedrooms are en suite with underfloor heating throughout, Good Internet signal, slow at times, but no break up. Guest washing machine & tumble dryer provided, used by all 3 cottages. Dvds, books & games also provided in laundry room.

This was our 4th time at one of your cottages and it was just what was needed. Accommodation is very clean the staff are very nice as well. Everything we needed for our week away sewing. I’m sure we will be back if you let us….

Far from hating this place,I have given it 5 stars. It is a brilliant holiday accommodation ,very clean and comfortable. Could do with a bit more space between the beds in the twin rooms. That said I would go back there without hesitation. The kitchen was really well fitted out and a good laundry room was just across the yard. Bathrooms were excellent especially the power showers. All in all excellent holiday accommodation.
