The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, so you can cook as much or as little as you like. A Freeview Smart TV is in the living area. The ground-floor layout has a bedroom with a double bed, another with two singles, a bathroom with bath and shower, and an open-plan living and dining space. One dog is welcome, and there is private parking on site.

Burgh Le Marsh is a quiet village in the Lincolnshire countryside, about a 10-minute drive from Skegness. The property sits near Ye Old Red Lion and has a patio and garden with sitting-out furniture—ideal for a quiet evening or morning coffee. Walking routes and cycling paths are within reach, and the surrounding area has nature reserves and local shops. Those after seaside attractions will find Skegness close by, with its beach, seafront, and amusement parks. The cottage does not permit smoking. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout before 10:00.
