Alpine Lodge is a one-bedroom ground-floor property in the heart of Burgh le Marsh, a historical market town in East Lindsey. The lodge stands as its own entity with its own entrance, offering complete privacy for two guests. A living and dining area with a 50-inch television, DVD and CD players provides the main gathering space, while the kitchen is equipped for self-catering with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. The bedroom contains a double bed; the bathroom has a bath with shower and a seat. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are all included, and there is parking for one car on site.
The location puts you within a hundred yards of the town's shops, pubs and restaurants. An enclosed courtyard with garden furniture faces the front. Burgh le Marsh itself sits four miles from Skegness, with its beaches, amusement facilities and nature reserve at Gibraltar Point. Gunby Hall (National Trust) is three miles away, while Batemans Brewery in Wainfleet offers tours at four miles. Horncastle's antique dealers and the walking routes of Tennyson Country lie within reach, as do two golf courses and horse riding within five miles. A river-fishing spot is half a mile away. The historic cathedral city of Lincoln is accessible across the Wolds. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
